Setup your email on Mobile Phone

Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

 

This guide takes you step-by-step through the process of setting up a new email account on IOS.

Replace example.com with your domain name.

How to set up your email account manually

  1. Go to Settings > Mail, then tap Accounts.
  2. Tap Add Account

Tap Other

Enter you own domain email information

  1. Enter your name, email address, password, and a description for your account.
  2. Tap Next. Mail will try to find the email settings and finish your account setup.

Once Mail finds your email settings, Tap Done to complete your account setup.

Select type IMAP

  1. Choose IMAP for your new account.
  2. Enter the information for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server.
  3. Then tap Next

If your email settings are correct, tap Save to finish. If the email settings are incorrect, you'll be asked to edit them.

Done. Reboot phone.

Complete Setup

  1. The account has been set up successfully and your messages will now be downloaded.
